This extensive project included major
remodeling of this elegant four story home.
The entire building was upgraded with new
architectural floor planning, interior
detailing, cabinets, lighting, structural, all
utilities, including a complete energy efficient
hydronic heating system.
At the back elevation a two story
conservatory glass structure opened the
kitchen to the garden and also created a
surround for the master bath spa area.
The entire lower level was upgraded to a
second living unit and parking garage.
This project was completed with a sensitive
approach to the design that enhanced the
old historical Victorian details and, at the
same time, transformed the home into a very
functional and beautiful family estate with
modern systems and materials.
